Eventhough we hear so much about the stars, the skiing and the parties, it's easy to forget what Sundance is really about. The films! Since we all can't be there, here is a taste of what is in store for movie-goers at the festival.

Nobody’s Baby
When two bumbling crooks escape a prison van, and therefore a 10-year sentence, they inadvertently cause an accident that leaves a baby orphaned. They seek shelter in a nearby trailer park, introducing them to an eclectic group of inhabitants. David Seltzer, whose wide range of other films includes Punchline, My Giant and The Omen, brings this quirky comedy to us. Gary Oldman and Skeet Ulrich star as the clueless crooks, while the trailer park residents include High Art’s Radha Mitchell and Mary Steenburgen.
Julie Johnson
Julie Johnson has a secret. Within her existence as a mother and wife in New Jersey without even a high school diploma, she has a hidden passion for physics. In fear of discovery, she is forced to hide scientific magazines from her husband and her friends. But after receiving a flyer for night school, she begins to change her life and seek her potential. Directed by Bob Gosse, who’s Niagara, Niagara was previously featured at Sundance, indie favorite Lili Taylor stars as Julie, with Courtney Love as her best friend.
