:: PARK CITY, UTAH

From agents racing down Main Street with cell phones glued to their ear, to stars warming up with lattes in between screenings, Park City is buzzing this time of year. And the films aren't the only buzz. From great skiing to fabulous parties and posh hangouts, celebs (Julianne Moore, Elizabeth Hurley, Mick Jagger and Julia Roberts are just a few on this year's expected guest list) love to strut their stuff in big cozy parkas though the quaint resort town. Here's a rundown on what makes Park City the highlight of the Sundance Film Festival each year, and all winter long.

:: Star Power
Bill and Hillary, Al and Tipper, Robert Redford, Jeffrey Katzenberg and anyone and everyone who goes to the Sundance Film Festival. Need we say more?

:: Ski duds
Resort Chic

:: Cool Appeal
The picturesque streets of Park City are filled with great restaurants and happening hangouts. Busy celebs and filmmakers even make room for time on the slopes in the town famous for it's snow.

:: Mountain Specs
While there are quite a few mountain runs to shred bumps on in the area, Deer Valley is the dame of them all. Die-hard skiers (and even the not so die-hard) jet to the luxury spot with it's high-end resort atmosphere and heated sidewalks that melt down icy walkways. Oh yeah, and they have helpful ski valets who unload your ski gear upon arrival. The mountain boasts runs for all levels of skiing, from the bunny slope hopper to the black diamond extremists. To prevent overcrowding and congestion on the runs, they don't sell more than 4,500 tix a day and snowboarders are NOT welcome (which skiers love.) Lift Cost:$60.

:: Hot Spots for festival goers
Robert Redford's Zoom restaurant, the place for dinner. Rage at Park City's newest hang out Harry O's (also the locale of this year's Women in Film awards soiree) Dig cigars and martinis? Drop by Lakota's. The River Horse Cafe, Grappa, Game Keeper's Grille and Cicero's are also a sure bet to spot a celeb or two. Relax at The Apres-Ski party at the Revlon Skinlights Lounge on Main where DJ Paul Sevigny will be spinning funky tunes. For brew and pool the local watering holes, O'Shuck's and The Wasatch Microbrew are the place. After a hectic day of movie watching, head to the Silver Mountain Spa for body wraps and massages. Nature freak? At Redford's Sundance Resort you can ride horses and ski cross-country. The resort also offers creative workshops and screenings of films that made it to Sundance all year round.

:: Posh Lodgings:
Where else? The heavy hitters stay at the plush Stein Eriksen Lodge and day spa, with all the amenities including cozy fireplaces (rates begin at $575 a night). Those who don't want to spend it all in one place bunk up at the less expensive Shadow Ridge Resort (a cool $160 a night).
