The mission of the Inner-City Games is to provide opportunities for inner-city youth to participate in sports, educational, cultural and community enrichment programs. They feel it is important to build their confidence and self-esteem to help youth to say "no" to gangs, drugs and violence. Arnold Schwarzenegger is a spokesperson for this organization.

The March of Dimes mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects and infant mortality. They sponsor programs for research, community services, education and advocacy.

The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research was started by Michael J. Fox, television and film actor, to expedite finding a cure for Parkinson's Disease. The foundation is dedicated to funding research as well as new therapies. The foundation also raises government and public awareness for the disease.

Until There's A Cure mission is to fund innovative programs which promote AIDS awareness for young Americans at risk, actively support AIDS vaccine development as well as provide financial support for care and services for those living with AIDS. They fund this through the sales of their bracelet, which is similar to the POW/MIA bracelets worn during Vietnam War era.
