Q: I've just started a yoga program and am enjoying the benefits. Is it okay to do yoga everyday?
A: It's more than "okay" to do yoga daily...it's a wonderful gift to yourself. After thirty years of age, life is a constant struggle against stiffness of both the body and mind. Negativity can creep in and affect the way you feel and think. Every day we must inhale light into out minds and manipulate our spine and joints. Otherwise the body will "rust" and develop arthritis and the mind becomes negative which can lead to depression.
