How do you measure up?

1.   When you're in a dressing room trying on a new pair of pants, you notice that the person next to you who happens to be in better shape is trying on the same thing. You immediately think:
a. It looks great on both of us even though we have totally different shapes.
b. If I worked out, I could look like that too.
c. I look horrible compared to him/her. I'm not buying this!
2.   You're in the locker room after a great workout. As you look around you and see all the other fit bodies, how do you feel you measure up?
a. You don't think about it because you're on such a high from your workout that you feel great.
b. About average -- except for the toned instructor who barely broke a sweat.
c. Like you have the worst body in the room.
3.   When you go out to eat with someone that you feel is in great shape, you order:
a. Whatever you want.
b. Something close to what they're having.
c. Last, so you can be sure to order less than they do.
4.   Where do you usually stand in an exercise class?
a. It doesn't matter, as long as you can see the instructor.
b. Right in the front, so you can watch yourself in the mirror.
c. As far back as possible, so no one will notice you.
5.   When you arrive at a party, what's the first thing you do?
a. Rush to find someone you know.
b. Scope out what everyone is wearing and whether they're thin or not.
c. Find the fittest and best looking person in the room and compare yourself to them.
6.   A friend tells you that they have lost 25 pounds by cutting out carbs and eating a salad with a piece of chicken every night. You think:
a. Get a life!
b. Where can I get info on this diet?
c. I have no will power, so I'll never lose weight.
7.   When you exercise with a friend, you think:
a. This is a great way to spend time together and do something good for ourselves.
b. He/She is in such great shape, maybe by working out together I'll get into better shape too.
c. I'm never doing this again, I feel miserable because I know I'll never be as fit as he/she is.
